A Look into modern China, is a series which look into how China has progressed as a developing nation.

The ‘ Chinese Dream ‘ instilled by President Xi Jinping in 2013. A term used widely by media, government officials and activists to describe the role of the individual and the goals of the nation to attain productive, healthy and happy lives.

Throughout my stay in China, I had seen poster and advertisement of ‘ The Chinese Dream ‘ being displayed in subway, streets and malls. The citizen has been adopting the full use of technology, for example, using the mobile phone for online transaction and payment without any form of cash payment required.

Xi’s ‘ Chinese Dream ‘ encourages young people to dream and work to fulfill the dreams and help contribute to nations in the revitalization of the nation.
